The fourth Khmer cultural, sports and tourism festival will take place in the Mekong Delta city of Can tho in the fourth quarter of this year, according to the Ministry of the Culture, Sports and Tourism.
During the festival, various activities will also be organised, including art performances, Khmer costume show, folk games, traditional rituals and cuisine contests.
An exhibition of photos, artifacts, costume, traditional music instrument and typical cultural products will also be held at the Vietnam Fine Art Museum to highlight the special cultural identities of Khmer ethnic people in the southern region.
